For companies of roughly 50 to 500 staff, multi-site groups and family businesses

One process. Automated end to end. And you own the system.

Somewhere in your company there is a process eating a disproportionate share of payroll: quotations, order intake, claims triage, tender screening, tenant enquiries, invoice matching. We build the system that runs it, with your people at the decision point instead of the data entry point. Built on your accounts, connected to your systems, owned by you at the end.

A different first step

Don't book a meeting. Send us a process.

Tell us the one process that costs you the most. We will tell you in writing whether it can be automated, what a competent build involves, and whether we think you should do it at all. If the honest answer is no, we will say so.

What an automated process looks like

Your people move to the decision point.

What we build

Six systems for mid-size companies.

Every engagement starts with a paid, fixed-fee Opportunity Map, credited in full against a build. Pricing follows the size and complexity of your operation and is agreed in writing before work begins.

The entry point

AI Opportunity Map

For the CEO, COO or CFO who knows the company must move on AI and does not know where to start or what it should cost.

Structured interviews across leadership and the operational floor. A mapped inventory of your processes ranked by volume, cost, error rate and feasibility. A shortlist of three to five candidate builds, each with expected cost, expected return and an honest risk rating. A named list of what not to do, and why. A board-ready written document.

  • Fixed fee, fixed scope, agreed before we start
  • Credited in full against any build you commission with us
  • Useful with us or without us: you keep the map either way
The workhorse

Workflow Agent

For the COO or operations head with one named process consuming several qualified people.

One process automated end to end. Business rules encoded and version controlled, so you can see and change how decisions are made. A confidence score on every output, with low-confidence cases escalated to a person. A measured before-and-after on volume, cycle time and error rate. Full audit log, documentation, training and handover.

For groups and networks

Revenue Agent Group

For multi-site groups, franchise networks and brand portfolios where every site handles enquiries differently and head office cannot see which one is losing revenue.

Our revenue agent Eva deployed across all sites with per-site configuration, one group-level view of enquiry volume, conversion and revenue at risk, cross-site benchmarking, and a coaching layer so the whole team performs closer to your best performer.

For B2B pipelines

Growth Engine

For sales leaders whose team spends most of the week finding and researching prospects instead of talking to them.

A sourcing and enrichment engine built for your specific ideal customer, watching real buying signals. Every prospect arrives researched, with a reason to be contacted. Approved, sequenced outreach across channels, everything written back to your CRM with full context. Built on your accounts, so you own the engine and the data.

For fragmented knowledge

Private Knowledge and Action Hub

For companies with sensitive documents, several teams, and no reliable way to find answers or complete work across systems.

An isolated environment you control. Company knowledge with source-level permissions. Connections to email, calendar, documents and CRM. Approved actions, a full action record, and an administration panel. The mid-size version of the private environments we run in production today.

For document-heavy teams

Document and Decision Workflow

For legal, finance, insurance, healthcare administration, property and procurement teams whose best people spend their days extracting, comparing and checking documents.

Document intake, extraction with evidence links, rule checks, comparison, risk flags, draft output, an approval queue, final export and an audit record. Your specialists review and decide; the system does the reading.

How we work

Paid discovery. Fixed-price build. A run that keeps it working.

The Opportunity Map

A fixed fee, agreed in advance, credited in full against a build. We never quote a fixed-price build on an unexamined problem, and you should not accept one from anybody who does.

The build

Fixed price, scoped from the map, billed by milestone. The success measure and the operating baseline are agreed in writing before we start, so both of us know what done looks like.

The run

Monthly monitoring, quality review, regression testing and approved changes. Systems that talk to the outside world do not stay correct on their own. Ours are watched.

Before you sign anything

What you will have in writing.

A fixed priceNot an estimate, not a day rate, not an open-ended engagement. One number, scoped from the map.
A named teamYou will know who does the work. Senior people, not an anonymous bench.
A measurement planThe baseline and the success measure, agreed before the build starts. If the system does not move the number, you will know, and so will we.
OwnershipYou own the system and the data at the end. Built on your accounts where required, with documented exit and handover. No seat on somebody else's platform.
What happens after launchA defined monthly run with monitoring, support and a change allowance. We do not deliver a tool and vanish.
Evidence we can do itA live walkthrough of the platform we designed, built and operate ourselves. The build story is public.

Common questions

Asked by operators like you.

Why is discovery paid?

Because unpaid discovery produces guessed quotes, and guessed quotes produce failed projects. The Opportunity Map is a real piece of work: interviews, process mapping, a ranked shortlist and a board-ready document. The fee is credited in full against a build, so if we build, the map costs you nothing.

What if our process is too messy to automate?

Then the map will say so, with the reasons, and it will usually name what to fix first. Roughly speaking, most of the work in taking a system to production is data readiness and integration. We assess that before quoting, not after.

Does the system replace our staff?

It moves them. The person who used to type the data becomes the person who approves the decision. Money, contracts and anything customer-critical stay behind human approval unless you decide otherwise.

What do we own at the end?

The system, the data and the configuration. Where the build runs on your own accounts, you also hold the billing. Every contract includes documented exit, export and transition assistance.

Can we see something you have actually built?

Yes. We designed, built and operate a full industry intelligence platform ourselves, with a structured verdict framework, evidence tiering and verification gates. We will walk you through it live, and the build story is published.

The first step

Send us your most expensive process.

Describe it in two or three lines: what comes in, who touches it, what goes out. You will receive a written view on whether it can be automated, what a competent build involves, and whether we think you should do it.

A written answer, not a sales call
An honest recommendation, including "do not build this yet"
No obligation, and your details are used for nothing else

We reply in writing within one business day.

Thank you. You will receive a written answer from our senior team.
