1. Who we are

Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited, trading as Agentic for Business, is the controller for the personal data covered by this notice. We are a DIFC company based at DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai, trade licence CL11954. You can contact us at gaurav@boostmylocalbusiness.ai.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers personal data collected through agenticforbusiness.com and personal data used for carefully targeted business outreach. It also covers related replies, delivery records, objections and do-not-contact records.

3. Information we use

For website enquiries, we may use your name, business email, phone number, company, industry and the message you provide. For business outreach, we may use your name, business role, employer, work email, professional profile, public company information and our record of communications with you. We may also process technical website and delivery information such as IP address, browser or device type, approximate location, message status and security logs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for business outreach.

4. Where business outreach information comes from

Business contact information may come from company websites, public professional profiles, public announcements, directories, event or regulatory sources, business contact-data providers and our own prior business records.

5. Why we use personal data

We respond to enquiries and take steps at your request before a possible contract. We conduct carefully targeted business outreach under our legitimate interest in developing relevant business relationships. We verify business contact details, deliver and secure messages, manage replies and maintain audit and do-not-contact records under our legitimate interests in accurate, secure and accountable business communications. We also process information where needed to comply with a legal obligation.

Where DIFC law applies, these bases are Article 10(b), Article 10(f) and, where relevant, Article 10(c) of the DIFC Data Protection Law. Where another law applies, we use personal data only where that law permits.

We limit outreach to business information relevant to your role, do not use open or click tracking in this outreach campaign and provide a direct way to object. Any reply is voluntary, and there is no negative consequence if you do not reply.

6. Direct marketing and your right to object

You may object to direct marketing at any time. If you do not want further marketing emails from Agentic for Business, reply no or contact gaurav@boostmylocalbusiness.ai. We will stop remaining marketing messages and keep only the minimum do-not-contact information needed to avoid contacting you again.

7. Who processes the information

Authorised staff and service providers may process personal data for research, contact-data quality, customer relationship management, email verification and delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, security and technical support. These providers may act only for the agreed service and subject to applicable contractual and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Some providers process personal data outside the DIFC or UAE, including in the United States. Where a destination is not recognised as providing adequate protection, we transfer personal data only under a safeguard permitted by applicable data-protection law. 9. How long we keep information

• If there is no reply or business relationship, outreach research and communication records are kept for up to 12 months after the last outreach.
• Enquiries and meaningful business conversations are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
• Routine delivery and security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
• A minimal do-not-contact record may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respect an objection and prevent future marketing.

10. Automated decisions

We do not use this outreach data to make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

11. Website analytics and cookies

This privacy page does not load Google Tag Manager, analytics or advertising scripts, or the Eva chat widget. You do not need to accept optional tracking to read this notice or contact us. Our hosting provider may still process the technical information needed to deliver and secure this page.

Other pages on this website currently load Google Tag Manager. Tags configured through it may collect page-view, browser, device, approximate-location and website-event information. Those pages do not currently have an on-site consent control. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. This privacy page does not change or clear cookies set by other pages.

12. Your other rights

Where DIFC law applies, you may request access to and a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have the right to object at any time to direct marketing. Contact gaurav@boostmylocalbusiness.ai. We will handle requests without charge and within the periods required by applicable law. You may also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or another data-protection authority that applies to you.
